Registration and Tuition

REGISTRATION IS GOING ON NOW FOR THE 2011 - 2012 SCHOOL YEAR. PLEASE CALL THE SCHOOL TO SET UP A TOUR AND SECURE A SPOT FOR YOUR CHILD.

We begin registration for each new school year in January. We invite families of our two, three and four year old to register before registration is open to new registrants. There is a $75.00 Early Bird non-refundable registration fee, after March 1st, the registration fee is $100.00.

For new registrants, the registration fee plus one months tuition is due at the time of registration. The registration fee is non-refundable. Your September tuition is refundable if you decide not to attend the preschool in September.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

All Registration cards MUST be filled out completely, front and back. Make sure all emergency numbers and medical doctors are included. Once registered, a packet will be mailed to you in July along with other documents. All documents MUST be filled out completely and brought back with you on "Getting To Know You Night" ALONG WITH APPROPRIATE TUITION FEES.

CLASSES FOR 2011 - 2012 SCHOOL YEAR

TUITION FEES:
September - June (10 payments)

2 half days- a.m. or p.m. - $195.00 per month
3 half days- a.m. or p.m. - $220.00 per month
4 half days- a.m. or p.m. - $285.00 per month
5 half days- a.m. or p.m. - $325.00 per month

You can pay in cash or by check.
Please make checks payable to: Over The Rainbow Preschool.

Payments should be given at the front desk ONLY.

There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks.

There is a 10% sibling discount.

At the time of registration, the registration fee plus one months tuition for new registrants MUST be paid. On "Getting To Know You Night" you will be responsible to pay June's tuition. For all other families, September is due by June 1, and June MUST be paid on "Getting To Know You Night." UNDER NO CIRCIMSTANCES WILL YOUR JUNE TUITION BE REFUNDED AFTER OCTOBER 31ST.
Payments can be made in monthly installments.
If you pay in full, you will receive 10% discount, a savings of one months tuition will be subtracted.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REFUNDS BE MADE AFTER OCTOBER 31ST ON THE JUNE TUITION. THE REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
